BancoPosta saw a significant number of weekly downloads, starting at nearly 32K at the end of December 2022 and peaking at over 45K in the first week of January 2023. However, downloads gradually decreased to approximately 25.7K by the end of March. Active users for BancoPosta fluctuated throughout the quarter, with a high of about 1M in early January, eventually stabilizing around 941K by the end of the period.

Intesa Sanpaolo Mobile maintained a steady download rate, starting from 13.1K and reaching a peak of 17.5K in mid-January. Downloads saw a slight dip to 9.5K at the end of February but recovered to 15.7K by the end of March. The app had a strong base of active users, staying consistently above 1.3M throughout the quarter, with a slight increase to 1.4M in early January.

Mobile Banking UniCredit had a modest download performance, beginning at 8.9K and peaking at 11.4K in early January. Downloads saw a decline to 5.2K by the end of February, with a slight recovery to 9.1K by the end of March. Active users for the app started at around 554K, peaking at nearly 598K at the end of February, and stabilizing at around 584K by the end of March.

BBVA Italia | Banca Online experienced varying download rates, beginning at 19.3K and declining to 4.5K by the end of February. Downloads saw a slight recovery to 8.1K by the end of March. The app's active user base started at approximately 130K, dipped to 113K in early February, and then rose to about 132K by the end of March.

BPER had a consistent download trend, starting at 9K and gradually decreasing to around 4.7K by the end of March. Active users started at 215K, peaked at 258K in early January, and saw a gradual decline to 234K by the end of the quarter.
